Tamagotchi Sketch Terms and Conditions
There are 4 Tamagotchi Sketch rules you MUST stick to when sketching, failure to do so will result in your sketch been deleted and in extreme cases you could get banned from sketching or even banned from the site. The 4 rules are:
1) Don't sketch excessive amounts of text.
2) Don't sketch anything offensive.
This website is used by all ages and people in the workplace, sketches not suitable will be removed, this includes ( but is not limited to ):
• Sexually explicit sketches
• Graphic violence
• Making any strong political or religious statements
3) Don't sketch rubbish. Please put some effort into your sketches.
• DON'T try and fill the screen with black, its been done 100 times before :)
• Anyone can draw a stick figure, try and draw something more interesting.
• Its not a race, take your time.
4) Have FUN!! :o)
USER AGREEMENT
All submissions and/or works uploaded and/or created using TamagotchiSketch.com's ("Site") proprietary software become the sole property of TamagotchiSketch.com. If you submit content in any form to Site you agree that in exchange for having been granted the opportunity to use Site's proprietary software one time (only) to create the works, you have released any claim in the works to Site and grant Site the full right to edit, copy, publish, redistribute, sell, profit from and/or otherwise reuse such content in any media format, without any form of compensation to you. You will have no right of approval of or claim arising out of any use by us of the Works uploaded and/or created on this Site.
The Site is mindful of other parties' intellectual property rights. You agree that in using Site's proprietary software and/or uploading works, you have broken no international or national laws or infringed on any other parties intellectual property rights. By using the Site's proprietary software you agree to indemnify Site against any and all third-party claims relating to your work and/or arising out of such claims.
All claims arising out of this agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
You use and browse this site at your own risk. SITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE AND THE SITES AND THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE AND THE SITES OR ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTION TAKEN IN RESPONSE TO OR AS A RESULT OF ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICE AND THE SITES.
